Welcome to OWN (operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]) (“OWN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OWN mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
OWN is a platform that lets you discover companies, launch and trade digital tokens, and manage a self-custodial wallet on the Solana blockchain. OWN is a technology provider. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, money services business, or custodian, and we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
You authenticate through our third-party identity and wallet provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Your wallet is self-custodial and secured by our embedded-wallet provider; you control your assets. Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative, and you may lose the entire value of any assets you acquire. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Nothing in the Service is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for evaluating the risks.
Launching tokens, trading, and certain other actions may incur network (“gas”) fees and platform fees, which are disclosed in the app at the time of the transaction. Blockchain network fees are set by the network, not by OWN.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including market manipulation, money laundering, infringing others’ rights, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
The Service relies on third parties including our authentication/wallet provider, the Solana network, and market-data and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The Service, including the OWN name, logo, and software, is owned by OWN and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OWN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OWN and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You provide: your email address, chosen username and display name, optional profile photo, and any content you post (e.g., company details, updates). Automatically: your public wallet address and on-chain activity, along with usage and device information (app version, device type, and diagnostic logs).
We use information to operate and improve the Service, authenticate you, process transactions, provide support, ensure security and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We share information with service providers who help us run the Service — including our authentication/wallet provider, database and hosting providers, and market-data and file-storage providers — under agreements that limit their use of it. Public blockchain data (such as your wallet address and transactions) is inherently public. We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
